How to Make Good Coffee

Coffee Capsules 2U capsules are designed to extract the very best of the coffee flavours and oils. They are in the first 30-40mls of every pour. 

With coffee, less can be more. We recommend using the short (40ml) Espresso setting on your Nespresso® machine. 

Coffee is all about personal taste. If your preferred method is to use the Lungo (110ml) pour then that's all good.
