These terms cover the supply of coffee capsules and other products by Simply Coffee Limited (we, us and our) to you and your use of the coffeecapsules2u.co.nz website.

Machine Compatibility
Our capsules are compatible with these Nespresso regular machines: Creatista, Lattissima, Citiz, Essenza Mini, Inissa and Pixie. Our capsules are designed to work with the short pours (30ml) on your Nespresso® regular machine. Our capsules will not work with any of the following systems: Nespresso® Vertuo, Nespresso® Professional, Nespresso® UMilk, Keurig, Tassimo, Dolce Gusto, Lavazza, Expresso Vitoria or Caffitaly.

Prices
Our prices on our website are in New Zealand dollars and GST inclusive, but exclude delivery fees (see below).

Payment options
We only accept payment by Visa, MasterCard or American Express. All payments are processed by our payment partner Stripe (stripe.com) and are subject to their terms and conditions. If we pay you a refund it will be processed back onto your credit card and can take up 5 days.

Availability of products
We may not be able to supply you with a product if we don’t have it in stock. We do our best to ensure that product availability is displayed correctly on our website. If you purchase a product that is not available we will offer you a replacement product or a refund.

Resale
Purchases from us are for personal use only. You agree not to resell any products we supply to you.

Review
We offer our customers the ability to review our products online including posting photos. When you do this you license us to use your content for marketing purposes.

Promotions
From time to time we run promotions. These promotions are subject to the availability of products and we still have the right to make changes or end promotions early.

Delivery
Our delivery fees can be found during checkout. The total cost of your order including delivery fees will be shown in the order summary in your online shopping basket. We only deliver to addresses within New Zealand. We will ship your products on the same day as your order or the next working day. Most deliveries are received the next business day in the North Island and within 2-3 business days in the South Island. Delivery to rural addresses may take a little longer. While we will do our best to ensure orders go out quick-smart we don't offer a guaranteed delivery time. Please give us specific delivery instructions during the checkout process (e.g., “outside the back door”). When you order from us you give the courier authority to leave your order at the specified address. If your parcel goes missing after it has been delivered we will not provide a refund or replacement.

Delivery Address
Your delivery address will be displayed on the order confirmation page after you place your order. You have a 5 minute window to check and change your delivery address. If the delivery address you give us is incorrect or not the intended delivery address we will not be able to provide replacement product or a refund. If you want to redirect your order you may be able to do this after your order has been shipped. You can do this by clicking on the link in the tracking number. The redirection request will be subject to the courier’s terms and conditions (including any extra costs) and may not always be possible. If your order is not able to be redirected we will not be able to provide replacement product or refund.

Order Delays
An order may be delayed within the courier network. We actively keep an eye on the delivery of all orders and will investigate with the courier when your order is delayed by more than 2 days. Sometimes delivery investigations can take longer than 15 days to resolve. If delivery of your order is still delayed after 21 days it will be considered lost, in which case we will submit a claim on your behalf to the courier network. You will have the choice of a replacement order or a refund. If the delivery address you gave us was incorrect will not be able to provide you with a replacement order or refund.

AutoShip
If you choose to autoship, we’ll deliver your regular order at the frequency that you choose. You can cancel an autoship any time before we send your next delivery.

Refunds
Please choose carefully. We do not provide refunds or allow returns if you change your mind. If the products we supply are not of acceptable quality we will comply fully with our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Damaged Product
If your order arrives damaged please take a photo and let us know immediately. You must keep the product and packaging in order for us to be able to claim this with the courier we will pick up the product. We will arrange for a replacement order to be sent to you if we or the courier is responsible for the damage. If you don't keep the product for pick up we may not be able to provide any more help.

By consenting to our text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring text messages from us via your cellphone network.Text messages may be sent automatically. This may include things like order updates or account alerts and other things like cart reminders, specials and promotions.

You don't need to sign up to a text message alerts in order to shop with us. We don't charge any fees for the service. Any messages you sent back to us may incur charges from your phone provider inline with your plan.

If you don't want to receive text from us any more you can opt out at any time. Just text stop to [insert your sending number] or unsubscribe via your account page.

If it any time you get stuck or need help opting out or anything else simply get in touch via the contact form and we will see you right.

We sometimes ask you for personal information when you use our website. We’ll only use your information to provide products or services to you, or tell you about our products and services. We may disclose your personal information as required by law under the Privacy Act 2020. You can request details of your personal information that we hold, and ask us to correct it, at any time. By giving us your personal information, you show that you accept this Privacy Policy.

We may also collect information about your visit to help us improve our website and give you a better shopping experience.

  • your IP address (which we won’t share with third parties)
