Do you offer free shipping?
Coffee Capsules 2U offers free shipping on orders above $75.
Which courier delivers my coffee?
We use New Zealand Couriers to get your coffee to you as quickly and safely as possible.
If you have any questions about your parcel, delivery times, tracking or other shipping-related queries, the New Zealand Couriers Help Centre is a great place to find answers to frequently asked questions and helpful delivery information.

Products
Can I purchase mixed packs?
Yes! If you'd like to try a variety of our blends, we offer several mixed pack options:
- 50 Pack Trial Pack – Includes 10 capsules each of our Strength 5, 9, 10, 12 and 14 blends.
- 100 Pack Mixed Pack – Includes 20 capsules each of our Strength 5, 9, 10, 12 and 14 blends.
- Taster Pack – Perfect if you're unsure where to start, with 12 capsules in total, including 2 capsules each of our Strength 5, 9, 10, 12 and 14 blends, plus 2 Decaf capsules.
These packs are a great way to discover your favourites before purchasing larger quantities.
How do I choose the right coffee strength?
Each blend is rated on a coffee strength scale to help you find the flavour intensity that's right for you.
If you're unsure where to start, our medium-strength coffees are a great everyday option.
Are CC2U capsules compatible with my machine?
Our coffee capsules are compatible with Nespresso® OriginalLine machines, this includes:
- The Creatista
- Lattissima
- CitiZ
- Essenza
- Essenza Mini
- Inissia
At this stage, we do not offer capsules compatible with Nespresso® Vertuo machines. This is because the Vertuo capsule system remains protected by patents until approximately 2030, meaning compatible third-party capsules cannot currently be produced.
Our capsules are also not compatible with other capsule systems such as Dolce Gusto®, Keurig®, Lavazza®, Tassimo® or Caffitaly®.
Orders
What if I receive the wrong coffee?
If you've received an incorrect product, please get in touch with our team as soon as possible. We'll organise the best solution and make sure you receive the correct coffee.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We want to make it right. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you've received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
How do I return my order?
Please contact our customer service team before returning your order so we can provide the best return option.
Where possible, we can include a return label with your next Coffee Capsules 2U order. If this isn't suitable, we'll advise you on the best way to return your items.
Can I change or update my order?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to help. Contact us as soon as possible.

Payments
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes! We're happy to help you place an order over the phone.
If you'd prefer, we can create your order and send you a secure payment link with the products you'd like to purchase. All you'll need to do is enter your payment details to complete your order.
Alternatively, if you're more comfortable, you can read your card details to us over the phone and we'll process the order on your behalf using our secure payment system.
For your security, we do not store or retain your credit card details. This means that if you choose to place another order over the phone in the future, we'll ask for your payment details again.
