Delivery FAQs

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 1pm on weekdays are generally dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.

Which courier delivers my coffee?

Your order will be sent using one of our trusted New Zealand courier partners. Your tracking email will include the courier and delivery details.

Can I track my parcel?

Yes. We will email your tracking information as soon as your coffee has been dispatched.

Do you deliver to rural addresses?

Yes, we deliver to rural addresses throughout New Zealand. Rural delivery costs an additional $5 and may take an extra 1–2 business days.

Can I change my delivery address?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the delivery address.

What if my parcel has not arrived?

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking details or contact our team with your order number so we can help.
